Do I own the site after we ship?
Yes. The codebase is yours, the domain stays in your name, the CMS account is yours. We hand over the keys at launch and you can take everything to another agency or run it yourself any time. No platform lock-in, no rented assets.
What if I don't like the draft you sent me?
Then you don't pay. The draft was on us. We'd love to know what didn't work — sometimes a 30-minute call surfaces a different direction we'd ship in a week — but you're under no obligation.
How long from yes to live?
Sprint (single-page) projects are typically 5–7 working days from your "ship it" to a live URL. Marketing sites are 2–3 weeks. We give you a fixed live date with the quote, and we hit it.
Will visitors of my site be tracked? Do you set cookies?
By default, no third-party tracking, no advertising cookies, no cross-site fingerprinting. We use the Vercel platform's built-in privacy-respecting analytics (cookieless, IP-anonymised, GDPR-compliant) for performance only. If you want Plausible, Google Analytics, or anything else, we add it as a quoted extra and disclose it transparently in your privacy notice.
Where is my site hosted? Is it GDPR-compliant?
On Vercel, with EU-region edge serving and EU-region functions where possible. Vercel is a GDPR-suitable processor and a DPA is available. Data flows stay inside the EU unless you explicitly add a third-party service that requires otherwise.
What happens after launch? Can you make changes later?
Yes. Most small change requests go out same-day on the optional care plan (€120/month). Without the care plan, we send a fixed quote for each request — no hourly billing, no surprises. Or you take the codebase and run it yourself — entirely your call.
